By far one of the hardest games is Blast Corps for Nintendo 64. After you get all gold objectives completed (which was almost impossible to do) they opened up an new Platinum objective set which I don't think was even possible to beat.

out of whats listed I best Battletoads (*^&%$&) Ninja Gaiden 1-3 ($%^&$&) and Ghosts and goblins (#&$*#) Out of those three Id say Ghosts and goblins is the biggest sunofabiach! TO add to the list Anybody ever play Faxanadu?? Or The Zapper only game "To the earth" Or something like that? Tough.

For those who are saying Battletoads, I'm with y'all on that.
There's a shooter game from Milton Bradley, which was on the NES, and it was quick deaths ever second. I forgot the name of the game, but the story was that you fight inside this alien's body (in and out).
